Let
me introduce myself. My name is Heather Seitz and I've spent much of my time creating

and books and tapes. You know how it goes. I bought them ALL!

make a long story short, I spent several thousand dollars trying to find a simple
system and still didn't get anywhere.
FINALLY, I sat down and
figured out everything that I wanted in a rehab system. I kept what I liked from
