OK, Let me back up a second and give you a little history...

Let me introduce myself. My name is Heather Seitz and I've spent much of my time creating some very valuable real estate systems such as Motivated Seller Marketing, Fixing and Flipping, 7 Step Real Estate, The ABCs of Real Estate and The Interviews With The Experts Brand.

Not to mention... I certainly didn't want to DO the work again! Once was certainly enough for me.

So, the search went on...

The next thing I purchased was software to help me figure out the costs of things. It ran through all the things I could do to increase value. The problem was that according to the darn materials, my houses were worth $10's of $1000s more than I could get. I was introduced to the concept of "comps"

I bought systems and software and books and tapes. You know how it goes. I bought them ALL!

To make a long story short, I spent several thousand dollars trying to find a simple system and still didn't get anywhere.

FINALLY, I sat down and figured out everything that I wanted in a rehab system. I kept what I liked from all the books, tapes, seminars and software. I added in all the features that I wanted in my system. And now, I simply needed to put it all together and was left with the most complete rehabbing system on the market.

This is the culmination of years of research and development. I can't take credit for coming up with the calculations because — remember — I didn't have the experience! So, I found a mentor who DID have the experience and locked him in a room and grilled him for hours on every single penny.
